Christmas, March break, and Peak colour time in the fall.
Off Season - weekly rates apply for any other time. The following times are totally
off season rates including weekends, October 19th to December 24th,
March 29th to April 30th and June 1st to June 18th.
EXTRA PERSONS - There is an additional charge for more
than the specified number in each unit - and only with the
permission of management. There is no additional charge for
infants under 2 years of age.

GENERAL INFORMATION |
| DURING JULY AND
AUGUST
- Cottage rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Cottage 12,
AJ’s, Greenwood’s, The Ranch, Studio and Suite weekly
rentals are Sunday to Sunday. |
| PAYMENT can
be made by MasterCard, Visa, Cash, American Express, Interac, personal
or traveler's cheques. |
CHECK-IN is
any time after 3PM. Guests arriving
earlier are welcome to use the facilities until their accommodation
is available.
CHECK-OUT time is 10AM. |
CANCELLATIONS
Because of our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the Space due to our remote location. For these reasons, we uphold a Strict cancellation policy. If cancellation is made 28 days prior to your arrival date, you may elect to either receive a refund of your deposit less a $20.00 handling fee, or apply the entire amount of your deposit towards a future stay within the next year. If a cancellation is made less than 28 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be possible regardless of the reason, unless we get the room rented for your entire original booking dates. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked. |
DEPOSITS
To confirm a reservation of 1 night to 6 nights, a deposit* equal
to 1 night's stay is required at the time of
booking. To confirm a reservation of 1 week or more, a $300.00
deposit* is required for cottage rentals and a $200.00 deposit* is
required for Studios and Suites at the time of
booking.
*Taxes and Service Charges not included. |
| A RESERVATION
is a firm contract and no allowance will be made for late arrival
or early departure. |
| YEAR ROUND
- In the Main office building there is a games room with table tennis,
shuffleboard and billiards. Books and table games are available. For
your convenience there is also a Laundromat and change room. |

we have a wide array of marine rentals. We have canoes, kayaks, row boats, pedal boats Sunfish sail boat, aluminum fishing boats with motors, Watersking and tubing behind a professional ski boat equiped with a training boom.
PEDAL BOATS are free for use by Blue Spruce Guests. |

x-country ski rentals, skates, & snowshoes are all available next
door at the Algonquin
Outfitters. Snowmobile rentals and dog sledding are available
through private contractors. (Advanced notice is highly recommended.)
