One of our larger cottages. Three bedrooms with a Queen size bed in one bedroom and two Twin beds in each of the other two. 1½ bathrooms. Whirlpool tub. Wood burning fireplace, extra large living area finished in pine, vaulted ceiling, large lake view deck.

Availability & Cost Estimate
Deposits & Cancellation Policy
Because of our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space due to our remote location. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy.
We require a 50% deposit of the entire stay to confirm your reservation (minimum of a one nights stay).
If a cancellation is made 28 days prior to arrival, you may elect to either receive a refund of your deposit less a $50.00 handling fee, or apply the entire amount of your deposit towards a future stay within the next year.
The Fine Print: Full payment will be processed if cancellation is made less than 28 days, unless we fill the room for the full duration of your original stay.
Refunds:
For deposit refunds: 30 Days notice is required. $50.00 Cancellation fee will be applied.
EXCEPTION: July & August bookings cancellation date is May 1st.
A RESERVATION is a firm contract and no allowance will be made for late arrival or early departure.
